I stumbled upon that quote when I was curiously investigating the mechansim for Nevirapine a drug which apprently can reduce the transfer of HIV by inhibiting RNA from being formed to DNA (therefore a transcriptase inhibitor) BUT does not work on HIV-2(due to structure change) and without proper treatment of the HIV virus mutation can occur resulting in resistance. What I found really interesting is after consumption of the drug woman were able to breast feed their children with a much reduced risk in transfering HIV to new born.

Nevirapine, notice the interesting triangle at the bottom linked between the center nitrogen. Kind of like a chemical flagella hahaha, probably a very spastic flagella which doesnt have much movement due to the nitrogens presents which will have larger molecular orbitals and high charge density.

I keep telling people that no country is a real saviour there is always vested interest in why they want to help others or interfere with other peoples matters. Ethically it is questionable we are helping a 3rd world but at the same time using them as trial runs, the drugs are free but the effects??. Not to mention the typical skewing of data via funding is ever so common.

I am glad to say I stand on no ones fence but my own but it does annoy me when people have their heads seriously between their heads and dont think about what is going on. But there is a plus side those people can be staring at peoples backsides whilst I run away from another disater!!
