Have to admit it doesnt taste as great as what I remember it to be!

After 18 holes are Palms Garden Resort. I realized it is time for me to buy my own putter and sandwedge.

So now I am only short of a 3 wood. Coupled with several more hours at the driving range to adjust that crap as right spin at the end which has caused me havoc on the course!!… All the balls just tail off to the right with too much distance regardless of clubs.

When I do nail them the shots are awesome, but a good 90% are to the right OBs and into the rivers!.

I cannot stress the importance of the putters, after borrowing several peoples putters some of which are heavy some light. Some with massive grips some with thin grips!!.. Finally I have found one.

I have infact on the search for my putter for a while and have come across one which I feel I have control of the ball.

My putter: Odyssey Black Series IX 1
Approach wedge: Cleveland CG15 52.

Why the approach wedge? because I really struggle to do half swings and what not. Better let the clubs play the game. So with this wedge I am look at more bounce less distance at around right after the 100 mark.

This was an unexpected find for me, we usually eat the Yong Dao Fu here in the morning for breakfast. This Saturday we decided to head out for lunch before going to Semenyih.

Turns out this place sells a range of Char Siew Farn, Roast Chicken, duck and pork!. The best tasting of these varieties was the Char Siew and Roast Pork the others were average.
Here is what I thought of the Char Siew!!.

The texture and taste of the Char Siew matched what I enjoy. A char siew which is not too soft like that of Balakong (Hong Kong style) so there is a nice softish bite smoothered in a not too sweet sauce!! Indeeed delightful!

There was one thing that let me down which I assumed most locals could accept. It was the rice, the seasoning was great but I was tasting bits of Planta (Palm Oil Margarine) in the rice. If this were butter on the other hand hurmm indeed a truely fantastic dish!

The more modernized “Pan Mee” truely a Malaysia dish. Relatively simple dish comprising of noodles or torn pieces of dough in usually pork soup derived from pork bones and anchovies. Some other variations include a curry soup.

The noodles are traditionally made from flour and at times egg.

As what most of my colleagues say “this place is one of the most decent places around near our Puchong Factory”. So I wouldn’t say it is the best but it is an acceptable breakfast meal, before heading off to the office.

This hawker caters to the surrounding factories and offices, and has a steady flow of regular customers including me! Food is cheap under MYR5 for a meal.

Notice the coffee is not an intense black as it is a mix of tea and coffee. This mix as one could imagine yields a unique taste – One must try!. I drink mine without sugar,

Tosai also known as Dosa is a fermented pancake made from rice batter and black lentils. It is served with daal and/or variations of curd.

The taste is indeed unique and is a short intense sour followed by the taste of the herbs spices.

You cannot find Rawa at all shops, this Mamak Resturant is on near the Indian Temple before the Kajang Tesco.

No doubt now I am no longer engaged in what I have studied, I do feel fortunate the current company I work for deals with premium foods.

All the chemical jargon and hard hours in the lab has paid off, the terminologies I take for-granted is foreign to most people. I now realize the importance of reading, I have not read as much as this when I was studying.

Fortunately the current projects I have been assigned are of interest to me.
